Tape A Tale runs this open mic for stories and poems every month. Anyone with a ticket may put their name in a hat on the stage, and the host draws ten names at random during the show. Each person drawn gets five minutes for a story, true or made up, or a poem. Those who only want to listen are welcome. A performer of the night is named at the end.
